What does this mean for my Buzz service?
Your Buzz service will be disconnected on the 20th of January 2020. That means you will no longer get reduced-cost voice calls going through The Buzz.
You will be able to keep making and receiving calls, however calls will go through your normal home phone service at the standard applicable rates.
What should I do with my BuzzBox?
If you have a BuzzBox, please unplug this from your home phone and safely dispose of it. There is no need to return the BuzzBox to us.
If you don't remove your BuzzBox, you may not be able to make calls through your landline, including calling the emergency services (000).
When will I get my last invoice?
You will receive your final invoice in January 2020. This invoice will cover your usage up until the 20th of January 2020.
What should I do if I have an automated payment set up for my Buzz services?
You will have to contact your bank to cancel these automated payments once your final invoice is paid. If you don't have automated payments set up, there is no need to take action.
